This delicious apple cinnamon oatmeal recipe is low in sugar but high in fiber and taste. Give it a try. It’s quick and easy to fix and can easily be adjusted for non-diabetic family members. We fix a pot of this yummy gooey stuff at least once a week.

To modify it, add some small apple chunks, and/ or a handfull of raisins to the oatmeal (be careful about the extra sugar content of the raisins of course). A few nuts or almonds in here are a great addition too.
