This delicious Caesar chicken sandwich combines all the flavor of a caesar salad into a filling sandwich.
Caesar Chicken Sandwich
6 Servings
Ingredients
- 6 whole grain hard rolls (medium size)
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup fat-free Caesar salad dressing
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast – grilled and cut into strips
Directions
Cut each roll in half and scoop out the dough to form a pocket in one side of the bread.
Mix the lettuce with the dressing and cheese. Pile 1/6th of the salad on the hollowed out side of the roll, top with the chicken breast strips and the other side of the roll. Serve immediately.
